Ethan walks into the river with Lucy.

Lucy walked in with Ethan. "See any?" She asked, not really looking.

Ethan walks to the river bed and sticks his head in it.After he takes it out he says "Dont see anything yet!" as he says that he hears a small rumbling.

Lucy had heard it as well. She unsheathed he small dagger and sat by the river bed. Luy listened for more sounds.

Ethan looks into the water and sees a shadow rising fast. "What the.." Then a sea serpent rises out of the ground and grabs Ethan in its jaws. It flails Ethan around and throws him into a tree. Ethan hits the tree, hears a crack and hits the ground with a thud. "I...can't...move" Ethan mumbles.

"Damn it.." Lucy muttered. She glanced worried, at Ethan, she couldn't help till the sea serpent was dead. Lucy took off her right glove. A fireball appeared, and she threw it at the serpent's eye. It hit, blinding one eye. She did the same to the other. Lucy knew it could hear her, so she tried to run over to it quietly. Lucy failed, and the serpent tried to pick her up as well. Lucy just kept slashing her dagger. She managed to get her glove back on. Lucy gasped as the the monsters head came flying at her. She slashed back and forth attempting to save her self. She amazingly managed to cut its neck, turning it into dust. Lucy noticed her side was cut, and gushing blood, but Ethan was worse. Lucy ran towards him holding her side, making her have a bloody hand. "Ethan?"

Ethan looks up. " I can't move". He tries to look to his back but sees only blood. He tries to look at Lucy but is in a daze. "ha... well that was fun" He trys to laugh but It hurts him to. " I think that serpent really bit into my side". He says as he sees blood flow down his back.

Lucy nodded, in shock. "I got hit to, in my side. Don't move.. You probably broke something, or somethings." Lucy pursed her lips and picks up Ethan. "I guess we are on another trip to the infirmary." She said with a monotone.

Ethan gets up slowly. A wave of pain rushes threw him but tries to hold it in. He grits his teeth. " Trip 2 to the infirmary". Ethan says as he tries to walk with Lucy.

Lucy put her arm around his waist, supporting most of his weight. Her another arm was still on her side, covered in blood. "C'mon buddy, to the infirmary." She said bitterly. Lucy hated the infirmary. Lucy started to walk towards the infirmary with Ethan by her side.
