John walked back to his usual spot in the forest frustrated with himself for some reason. He looked around trying to find something that wasn't there and when he couldn't find it he growled in anger and then just sat at his usual place. He shot out a stream of fire at the ground and then when his picture of Yoldenheim was finished he stared at it again. He sighed and then said as if talking to the picture, "Ymir please forgive me for what I did." Suddenly he pulled out his dagger and prepared to stab himself.

Ivana ran in, the elastic band in her hair had snapped, causing her hair to go loose. "Don't!" She shrieked, lunging forward.

John was inches away from putting the dagger through his chest when he heard Ivana shriek and tackle him to the ground. The dagger flew over onto the ashen picture of Yoldenheim and he looked up at Ivana with widened, shocked eyes.

"I never said I wanted you dead. I care because..." Ivana's voice faded away. She shouldn't express feeling. No. She just met him basically two days. It's too inappropriate.

"It doesn't matter. Just promise me, never to kill yourself," Ivana snapped, looking close to tears, although she didn't really know she looked like she was about to cry.

John eyes settled down as he saw how close to tears she was and then sighed. "Ok Ivana. I promise..I wont kill myself."He said as he sat up with her.

Ivana stood up, feeling shaky. "Alright then," She tried to say it in a controlled voice.

John stood up and then walked over to the picture. He picked up and wiped off the blade and then put it away. "Hey Ivana...How did you find me anyway?"John asked her.

John's suddenly started looking around like he was going to panic. "Did you hear that?"He asked Ivana moving closer to her.

Ivana looked up, hearing a few noises, she briskly nodded, slowly, and quietly, standing up, her hand reaching to her darts which were in her pocket. The only weapon she currently had at the moment.

John looked around and then suddenly he drew his sword as he saw the trino coming straight at them. He smirked and then walked up and shot a stream of fire at the beast. He rushed forward and quickly took the thing turning it to dust. He stood up and looked up at Ivana. "That was to-"John had started before he got hit by a second trino and was sent flying into a tree. The last thing he saw before everything went black was three Cravak dropping down around Ivana.

Ivana's heart pounded, as she studied the enemies, just for a second. She was trained for this. She let an armor of ice mold onto her, as she grabbed a dart throwing it into one of the Cravaks, freezing the other one with ice. The third one was confused to either kill Ivana or the boy.

John started to wake up and he lifted his hand to his head. He looked up and saw Ivana surroned by the cravak and that the trino had run off probably when the Cravaks showed up. He saw one had been hit with something that put him to sleep and another frozen solid. Their was one that was caught between killing him or Ivana. John decided not to give him a choice. He charged his fingertip quickly and then looked up at them. "Hey ugly..eat this."He said then shot the lightning bolt at the thing seding it flying into a tree. It turned to dust and John smirked. He didn't get up though because he was to weak to move.

Ivana, slightly exhausted, stumbled to John. "John...John..." She repeated, as she fell on her knees, next to him. "Are you okay?" Ivana finally managed to find words. This hadn't ever happened to her...Whenever she saw someone hurt...She was able to think straight..

John managed to turn to Ivana but that was about it. "Words from the wise. Always watch for a second Trino...."He joked half laughing and then looked and slowly regained his ability to move. Shakily he raised his hand up and held his head. "Besides a headache, and barely being able to move, I'm fine Ivana..."He finally said.

Ivana's armor made of ice faded away, her eyes wide with worry, which soon faded to relief. "I'll certainly remember the advice," She said, forcing a smile.

John smiled a little bit himself and then tried to get up. "Can you help me back to the cabin before anything else decides that we can be there punching bags."John asked her as he barely got to his. He went to take a step and suddenly he blacked out and began falling forward.

Ivana caught him, trying to gently set him on the forest floor. He was far too heavy for her to carry. All she could do was stand around and wait. If she left, he could be attacked. Or killed.

After about an hour John woke back up and looked around. "I passed out didn't I?"He asked Ivana the obvious question. He shakily pushed himself up and he stood up stumbling a bit before getting his balance back.

Father, forgive me, Ivana thought. "Put your arm around my shoulders, and put some of your weight on me," She said, her voice business-like.
