A field by the river

She lept towards the cat. She landed near it. A few minutes later, he had the cat in her mouth...alive. She gave the cat to Alexia. Sephora turned to Jink. "Gotcha!" she said laughing.

I take the cat and heal it from the small scars Sephora gave it.

"I dont kill other animals... Unles they hurt Gypsy or if its a deer."

I held the cat, patting it and scratching it behind the ear. " Why did you scare the cat like that?" I ask Sephora.

Sephora licked the cats head, calming it. She nozzled it then looked at Alexia. "You have a new pet." she smiled. "By the way, has anyone seen Gypsy?"

"No, I haven't even met her." I tell Sephora.

She whined. "So you havent seen a hooded girl? Stupid hoodie..." sephora looked at the cat. "Shes harmless."

"No,I dont think I have seen her." I answered. "But, I really like this cat, it reminds me of a cat I had once." I say, a bit sad.

She nods. "I miss Gypsy!" she says, whining and crying, rolling on the ground.

I put the cat down, it ran away very fast. I pat Sephora, "Aw, I already miss the cat." I say.

She covered her eyes with her paws. "I hope so." she sniffles.

"Don't worry, Sephora, she's somewhere around camp, I am sure you will see her soon." I say as I scratch behind her ear.

Sephoras leg twitched. She took out a pictuere of Gypsy. She sighs. "I hope shes ok. I gotta protect her."

She nods. "Now im hungry." i say. The cat comes back, purring at Jink and Alexia.

The cat leaves again. Sephora gets up, trying to put the picture away. She cant. She goes up to Jink. "Hey, can you put the picture in my collar agin? Oh! And no looking at the picture."

Sephoras eyes widened. She shook a little. "Thats some powerful magic kid."

I skip in. "La la la.." I sing to myself.

She look at the girl, thinking it was gypsy. "Gypsy!" she run to the girl.

I widen my eyes. "Who's gypsy?" I ask the wolf confused.

She stops, seeing it wasnt her. She whines, covering her eyes with her paws.

I frown. "It's okay! Who is Gypsy?" I ask. I gently rub the wolf's back.

She nods. "If that dumb boy hurts her, ima rip him apart... I miss her..." she whispered.

"Oh.." I turned to the boy. "Did I do something wrong?" I ask, in an equally frosty voice.

"What is happening? What happened to the river?" I ask.

Sephora looked at the river.

"Who turned it to ice?" I ask. "That is a important river."

Sephora rolled to the river. She stuck her tounge out and licked the ice.... And got stuck. "Uh o."

"Ah.. So you did.." I said, to the boy. "I think I can fix it.."
